The code 67 is also an AC code, drop me an email if you want the pinpoint test for the 67, please remind me what you need.

thanx i will check the regulator tuesday .another thing ,i dont have my egr return from the manifold to the egr valve what kind of problems would that cause.

Ipulled the v.line on the fpr andit was dry.

my sons 89 did this and it was a wire plug on the altenator that was not allowing enough voltage at idle to run. see what the output voltage is. Auto Zone sells the plug off the shelf.

egr return

I need to know if my egr return is not hooked up to the manifold will it cause the sputter at low or stressed RPMs.

Its a 2.9 '87 ranger.
