diesel conversion

I have a chance to get a complete 96 powerstroke auto setup for real cheap and was wondering how hard would it be to convert my 85 6.9 4speed over to the powerstroke.thanks for any help

if it is cheap i wouldnt pass it up either! i would go find a powerstroke truck with a blown motor and use it to replace the engine. or it is good trading material! the stroker is worth about 3 or 4 good or rebuilt 460s.
