I had mine up to 100, but that was a little scary with how light the truck is. I've never activated my governor, so I think mine is set between 102-105. If you are going to try to top out your truck, don't do it for long. Unless you have the properly rated tires, they will heat up and separate, causing a nasty accident.
Years ago I had my 900 Kawasaki up to 135 (no helmet, no glasses). I think that was about the time I realized that I really didn't need to be anywhere that bad and slowed down.
Murder4hire, all you have to do is buy a chip to raise or remove the governor and the rev limiter. But like someone else said, they have them to match the tire ratings. Not worth it to kill yourself.
