axel ratio codes
i'm looking at this 2001 Sport XLT, for possible purchase, with 4.2 auto. can someone tell me the axel codes & ratio's? i figure the Sport isn't for pulling, would appreciate any help w/known problems with this year , engine & tranny. thanks.....pross

On the tag on the door post is the axle code.
18 — 3.08, non-limited slip
19 — 3.55, non-limited slip
26 — 3.73, non-limited slip
27 — 3.31, non-limited slip
H9 — 3.55, limited slip
B6 — 3.73, limited slip
18 — 3.08, non-limited slip
19 — 3.55, non-limited slip
26 — 3.73, non-limited slip
27 — 3.31, non-limited slip
H9 — 3.55, limited slip
B6 — 3.73, limited slip
