E350 engine cover fasteners

I have a 1992 460ci V8 E350. The engine cover inside the cab is fine, but one of the fasteners (the upper one on the drivers side) has broken: the riveted mount on the cover snapped.

Does anyone have suggestions for replacing this fastener? I bet the engine would be much quieter with the cover tightened down on all sides.

Thanks!
