Brake questions

All, Any ideas on this brake problem. When I apply the brakes I can hear a thump, I'm thinking it warped rotors, as the brake were pulsing a couple weks ago. but I just had the rotors replace at the dealer ship a few months back. Could some thing be moving, like the calipter? its hard to explain the noise other tham a thump or bump

Check the radius arm bushings for wear and movement.
