5.0 for early bronco

I recently got an 87 fuel injected 5.0 to swap into my bronco, but was hoping someone could tell me which car line it came from or any more info from the casting numbers. All there was for a number was E7TE. Any help would be appreciated.

Thats a 1987 truck motor.

I thought the truck engines had a different upper plenum design. This one looks like a car motor. Are there any other differences? Anything else that I could look at to tell?
