no the cps hasnt been replaced is ford still doing that free? and also 7 seconds? i am just driving down the interstate and all of a sudden it will buck really hard and if im off the gas and then push it down it will buck or when i come to a stop light and it turns green when i get into the gas it bucks then works fine its weird and sometimes it doesnt do it for a month and like today it did it almost 15 times in 30 miles any suggestions?

would the cam shaft positioning sensor be the cause of the bucking?

Yes, absolutely, without a doubt. The 1211 code won't give you any noticeable difference in the way the truck runs. It's just saying your HPOP can't provide enough oil to fire the injectors as the tuner is calling for.

Get the free recall done to fix the bucking problem.

X2, cam sensor did the same thing on my truck. Caused it to buck out of nowhere.

ya its soo weird and random ill just be driving down the road and bam itll buck really hard then wont do it again for a while so ford is still doing them for free? Thanks for your help anyone have an ideas on the 4x4 and ac not working? it worked before the cab swap and now they dont work

For the A/C start the truck, turn the A/C on max and the fan on high. Open the hood and go out and wiggle the wire connection at the top back of the compressor...or is it front...Just wiggle the wire connector and watch the A/C clutch to see if it engages, and disengages with the wiggle. If it does, pm me and I'll tell you how to fix it.

i tried that didnt engage but then i ran a test lead from the battery to the plug and the air blows cold as ever but when i plug it back in it doesnt work and i checked the wiring and relays and they all seem fine but let me set this all up for you, i bought the truck wrecked and everything worked fine put the new cab and box on and painted it then when done the 4x4 didnt work then i drove it for prolly 4 months then all of a sudden the ac quits working so i cant figure out what the heck is going on
