7.3L Error Codes P1280 + P0603

My F250 "Check Engine" has illuminated. I am told the error codes P1280 & P0603 are being reported. Can anyone advise what these errors are & what is required to fix these. Thanks

Are you running a tuner ?? or the truck stock. A tuner can give you the 1280 code. Wouldnt worry about 0603 it generally relates to the batteries being disconnected.
Use the search forum tool and type in p1280 codes. There are plenty of threads relating to this. Most cases its a faulty ICP sensor. Does the truck have a slight miss or rough idle ??

P1280 + P0603 Error Codes

Hi Brian - Thanks for the reply. I am using the Evolution Programmer & have been for quite some time. I have programmed the "Tow Mode". I use the 250 to tow a van of 4t. These errors have just surfaced with the Check Engine dash light. No miss or rough idle so far.

For your p1280=ICP low input signal, pull the plug on the ICP and check for oil in the ICP where the plug plugs into, if there is oil in there your ICP is bad or going bad. The ICP is on the drivers side head right behind the Alternator.

Edit; Your passenger side.
