since I use mine primarly for business I do some other choices beside the big 3 , but I have always wanted to buy AMERICAN but I will be adding some new trucks this year and have deceided to go with Isuzu npr-hd diesels no good for anything but work, but at least I will have dependable trucks most landscape company are going to them very reliable. ford has lost that market do to price.

I think I remember that Federal Law gives you a right of rescention for as much as 3 days after you take delivery.
Recission: the cancellation of a contract and the return of the parties to the positions they would have occupied, if the contract had not been made.

Well men....I bought it. Got the call this morning and went up and made the deal.
F350 Lariat SB/SC PSD 5SPD, PWR Rear Window, Pwr Tow Mirrors, Adj Gas/Break, Roof Lights, Stabalizer Pkg, Trailer Pkg, 3.73 LTD Slip,B/S molding,

They're swaping the 12k hitch for the 15k, throwing in the hood blanket and glove light and giving me the AIC for cost...bottom line....

37,300.00 TTT...out the door. Wrote the check. Scratch wasn't as bad as it first looked...I rubbed it out with a piece of modeling sand paper and water....showed them a trick after they gave me bone and we did the deal. Gonna pick it up Mon as they're waxing it and swaping the hitch. I think I did ok...can't believe how much I'm shaking right now...don't know if its nerves or excitement.

I'm one of the boyz now!...Whoo...hoo!

Time to order the leveling kit...Tough Country or Rancho?...any ideas?

I didn't get a rebate, a deal on the financing, or anything like that. But HEY! I got a brand new engine after 27,000km!
Sure it was built early last year and they have the injector problem fixed blah blah blah. but the fact remains I lost that truck for four weeks without a replacement and I paid good blasted money for something I was expecting to be reliable and at least last a year without problems. My livelyhood depends on it!
I didn't own it 3 days when I had to take it back in for an extremely rough idle, smoke, and stalling.
I took the oil filter in after it's first change (@ less than 5000km!) and showed them the metal chips in the filter. "Don't worry about it" they said. So I didn't. Whatta rube!
The only time I heard from them was when I put a stop-payment on my cheque for that month.

Can only be a bad flash or bad sensor. These untrained techs need to quit messing with the machinery.

tn mac,

Choctaw is correct. Either the flash didn't take correctly or you have a bad sensor in the system. In either case i would take it in to the service department and have them fix it. The tow haul should work in 4th & 5th with a touch of the brakes, there is definitely a problem with yours.

Good luck
