Welcome to FTE!
The door latches could be catching just enough to keep the chime disengaged when traveling under 75 MPH and then when the pressure builds up can be pushing the door out slightly.
I hope you're not "fishing" - if you are, then I agree with 1BADF350_4XCREW7.3
I don't get a door bell chime but recently at higher speeds I've noticed a very high pitched whine or squeel. It comes and goes with accelartion / deceleration. One other thing, I've noticed that it occurs more often when it's very cold outside (-15 or more). Anyone heard of this happening?
74 mph door chime : found out that the origional GEM module had been changed and that the replacement GEM module was not configured for that vehicle before it was installed causing the door chime to sound at 74 mph. I guess you can say it was a "better idea" block
