Excursion mirrors on a F350

Excursion mirrors on a F350
I put a set of power heated Excursion tow mirrors on my 2000 F350 SD. I like them a lot better than the mickey mouse ears I had.
How does the Excursion turn on the mirror defrost?
In the F350, there is no electrical defroster to tie the defrost power into. I think my mirror adjust switch is bad - I was wondering if the Excursion switch would fit the F350 and if it has a switch for the heated mirrors.
