Ski Nautiques arent 10K...there more like 20-30K.
A GREAT ski/wakeboard boat for the money tho. mostly meant for wakeboarding.
You MIGHT be able to find a used Supra (wakeboard boat not car) for 15K.
Other than that I would go for a Mastercraft.
id go Moomba first, Bayliner second.
ive never heard of the other two. we almost got a moomba before we found the 02 Supra. Moombas are great boats also.
ya thats the manufacurer http://www.supraboats.com/launch_ssv.html
thats the boat we have but its an 02 model
VERY nice boat.
ours has 1500 lbs of phat sacs you fill up to produce bigger wake
Heres one thats just a ski boat and not a wakeboard boat, it doesnt have the tower on it. Im guessing thats more of what your looking for. http://www.supraboats.com/sunsport.html
A wake board boat has tower on it. It provides a place for the rope to be anchored to the boat higher off the water so when you jump the wake you have more lift. On the first link i sent you look on the boat and ull see the chrome triangular shape tower comming off the center of the boat. The rope attaches to the top of it. But it also has a rope anchor lower to the water for skiing. On ours i think we have 3 anchors. A high one on the tower, one thats on a pole (uve prob seen the little poles sticking out of the boats in the back) and one thats lower right above the swim plateform. The supra also has a wake plate thats attached right above the rudder. It has hydrolic arms attached to it and u can move it up and down to "trim" the wake (make it smoother at the crests). wakeboard boats, or most of them, have sacks of that you fill up with water. There are a set of switches by the helm that u flip and a pump fills them up. Our boat has 3 sacks, also knows as phat sacs. we have 2 in the back and one long one that runs up along the bottom of the hull. these sacks weigh down the boat which displaces more water and makes a bigger wake. The 3 we have im almst positive equals up to 1500 lbs. 2 in the back on either side of boat hold a total of 750 lbs (the one on the drivers side wieghs 350 lbs and the one on the opposite side wieghs 400 lbs. the one that runs along the bottom of the hull weighs another 750 lbs. You of course empty them before u trailer the boat.
Hope that helps if you have any more questions im more than happy to try to answer them.
yeap.
you want a good sized wake to get high enough to do flips, rolls, 360's and what not. but when all those bags are empty the wake is just as big as if u were to get the ski boat in the 2nd link i sent you. so if you were to hook the rope to the lower anchor itd be just the same as havin the boat as in the 2nd link i sent.
