Unhappy A sad day

My Ford Truck has been sold. I was sad to see it go. It was a great truck, learned a lot of things from it. I will stick around here at FTE. I really like the crowd here and I can still help others with thier trucks. Thanks for tuning in.

Just curious, why did you sell it? What will you be driving now?
Glad to hear you'll stick around. There's good folks here!

I bought a Dodge Ram 2500 with the Cummins diesel. One day I will buy another Ford. The wife didn't like the Ford much, I loved it but it had its own problems and quirks. I really like my new truck, I have been wanting the Cummins diesel since I was a teenager. And now I finally got it. Sure was sad to see the Ford go, It was really hard on me to write out the bill of sale. I do plan on sticking around, i really like it here at FTE, especially the people here. Really makes for a good site.

my friends brother just got a cummin's ram 2500 and that thing is a beast. he got the perfromance computer thing installed and did the exhaust, sounds like a big rig and blows black smoke when he gets on it.

i guess you'd rather be cummin' than strokin'

I know the pain you're in now. In 2001 I had to let go of my childhood '68 F-100. Great truck. Sorry for your loss.

I've heard that one.
LOL People give you funny looks when they don't know diesel engines.

Not as funny, but i've also heard:

"Duramax is like a climax, it only lasts for a minute".
and
"I'd rather be stroked than rammed".

My best friend has a dodge 2500 with the cummins engine. He just did exhaust, computer and air filter/box. It is so fast I can't believe it. He beats ricers all the time. Enjoy your truck. At least you know what you had if you don't like it.
