Last few mornings, when I go outside to get in the truck I find the birds have left presents on my mirrors! Those big black mirrors look
like zebras from all the white streaks. They seem to give both mirrors equal dose of birdpoop loving.
Should I try buying some rubber snakes and laying them across the mirrors? Or maybe, a cloth with straightpins sticking up to detour
them from landing on the mirrors?
From my experience if your gonna put something over the mirror, I just used a bag for a while. From watching them on my vehicles the birds were fighting with themselves in the reflection. Covering the mirror seemed to fix the problem. Eventually they'll go somewhere else and you may be able to take the bags back off. This worked for me anyway.
