shake while braking
i pretty sure that is not the problem, on another vehicle,
i had one side apply more brake , and it definitely pulled
hard to the side. i am going to try the new shocks first,
everything seems tight in the front end. i did some checking on
shock prices, has anyone ever tried pro comp 9000?
If they are in your price range, isn't your truck worth it? *grin*
The wifey hates it when I think that way about my truck but I dont care :P (but don't tell her that)
If you do get the Max Control's, word of warning, When you are installing, make sure you have them lined up the FIRST time. and for God's sake, keep your fingers out of the way when you cut the wire. they will shoot rite up into the hole if lined up properly.
Oh yea, you may need to apply your own collapse wire, if I remember correctly, the factory wires weren't nere titght enough and wouldn't allow them to be installed with out further collapse. It will most definately take two of you to compress them enogh to place a new collapse wire on too.
I used a piece of 4' romex wire stripped down to seperate the
10-12 into seperate/individual wires. (you'll get three wires out of a piece of romex. I also use romex to suspend my callipers when doing a brake job.
