C6 Transmission changes

Could anyone tell me how you would go about swapping output shafts on a C6 transmission. The current one I have is too short for my transfer case and I have one that fits but I am trying to find out how easy it is for removal and installation. I guess one thing that would help is a parts breakdown on this tranny but I can not find one anywhere.

Unless you're pretty good with the internals of a C6, I'd just bring it to a tranny specialist to do.

I only got charged $50 to swap it out. I'm not complainin'!
