Im sure that your not the only person considering this. They keep evolving. First it started with 18's, then 20's, then 22's, then spinners, then 24's, and now they got 26's. you cant get much bigger so i figure that theres gotta be somebody trying to make them keep spinning. They actually do keep spinning for a long time after you stop already. if you do invent a perma-spin type thing make sure its totally quiet.
If the wheels stuck out past the fenders, you could keep making them larger. After awhile they would start to look like a wagon wheel. It would take a gear ratio change to get you moving though. Some of these remind me of a baby stroller.
