I feel your aggravation. I ordered late December. I ordered a Supercrew XLT with the DVD player and chrome bars as well. My salesman calls me around 3 weeks ago to let me know that my truck is basically finished except the chrome step bars. So I had him delete it. It wasn't until last week I got my VIN #. I talked with them yesterday, and now they're saying I won't receive it possibly until the end of March. This is week 9 since I've ordered it.
