How long should it take to ship a set of wheels back to the manufacturer. . . and get them to ship the new wheels back to me? Well in normal land it should take about a week and a half with DHL. But apparently for TIRESDELIVERED.com it will take a month. . . oh and they won't ship them to the right address. Two weeks ago I call them up and ask them why they havn't shipped my new wheels yet. I had shipped my wheels to them a week and a half before that. They say. . . "oh we just got them, we'll ship yours out tomorrow and they will be to your middle of next week." Ok I said. . . what address do you have? They have the wrong one so I give them my new address. Now remember this was nearly two weeks ago. So today when I got to work and my wheels weren't there. . . I made a call. I sat on hold for 25 MINUTES and finally was answered. I asked Ronnie. . . "why don't I have my wheels yet that you promised would be at my work middle of last week?" "Hmm, I don't know they are right here. I guess they didn't get shipped. Thats rediculous." "That is rediculous" I replied. He says he will ship them out today and they will be here by wednesday. . . but he still has to charge me 94 dollars for shipping. I say no you won't. . . you guys have tweaked with me enough. . . you cover the shipping. His reply is he will see what he can do. Well I get four email notifications tonight that I have a shippment from tiresdelivered that will arrive on the second. . . . to the wrong address!!!! WTF????? I would feel sorry for the poor soul that answers my phone call tomorrow but they are all idiots. . . so I don't. I am about ready to drive to cincinatti and whop ***! AAAHHHH!!!

I would be very pissed as well. If they have not charged you yet. I would suggest going elsewhere. I priced some wheels at supertyte, they where about the cheapest I could find.

 

Remember these whees were warrentee. . . I had no choice but to send my old wheels to them, and they had to send me my new wheels. Personally. . . I will never deal with another online company again. . . I have never had goodluck with them. Lets see how good powerstrokeshop is tomorrow. . .

Yep, 4 hour drive. Let me know when to be there, except wed-fri of this week as I have to work, and during Smokin as I can't go to Cinci then either. Other than that I'm there for you Tim.

FYI, tomorrow is when my two pallets from Powerstrokeshop are supposed to arrive. I have ordered from them before. . . and the only thing that got messed up was I didn't get my t shirt. . . but they sent me one pronto
