Being a new Ford owner I might have come accross an interesting tidbit that may be well known to most of you, but anyway here is an interesting FYI I ran accross today...
Using the factory keyless entry to lock the truck as I am walking away I always push the lock button twice, the truck always responds with a single honk - I know it's locked tight.
Today it responded with 2 honks. After a short time investigating I realized it was from the door not being shut completely.
1 honk = doors secure
2 honks = door is ajar
I found that interesting, hope you do too.
(sorry if I am repeating something that is common knowledge).
