Stuck Side Mirrors

I have a 99 psd are the side mirrors supposed to telescope in? If so mine are stuck out, any suggestions?

I don't think the 99 had that option.

They didn't get that function until 2001.

You could buy them from Ford in 2000 as an after market add on, only problem they don't extend any further than the stock ones. They are all to short when hauling a cab over camper, need just a little more, sure would be nice if they were another 1.5 inches long then retract to a normal. I was going to get a set but....
