So was this an early april fools joke by the administration? hahaha, I guess it worked! wouldn't that suck, some big bad gov. guy traces your IP, manages to find your house, shows up at your door step, only to find out that the trucks been sitting around and rusting for years, or is used to haul bales of hay between the barn and a couple horses hahaha. I could see his look now!
