Loud Exhaust is something that will never die!! Has been around for a long time, my Grandpa tells me of his truck that had straight pipes with piano wire in it, he said he used to shatter windows of houses as he drove by, but was around the 1950's or so, and loud exhaust on all cars has risen about 300%, and continues!!! It will never end!!
Webmaster was correct, The EPA doesn't handle these kind of things. The DOT does, That idiot should have done his homework first on which agency enforces which laws. The EPA does advise the DOT on certain matters, but the DOT is the responsible agency for motor vehicles.
Some one is sittiing back and laughing . Its a bunch of hoooie, with a signiture like that. They would just go ahead and do it if they could. No matter what it work and he/she/it freaked some people out. Don't worry, be happy

I used to have a blown 351 w with headers, no cats, and 2 chamber flowmasters. I could give old ladies heart attacks from accross the mall parking lot. I set off EVERY alarm I went by. Some times I miss that old rust bucket.
Ken would have to turn over the Web stats that contain our IP's. Then and only then if he's associated our IP's with our Logon ID's would that information be any good...
Not to mention some people list to spoof the IP's.... or logon from Public access points.... Life is good when your wireless....
If Ken would mistakenly post his Ip I wonder what would happen
Big Fun
Big Fun
yes you are correct. our ip addresses would have to be turned over by the webmaster, which i guess his name is ken from the way you posted. then he would indeed have to track the ip address, this would pose a problem as some of use have dynamic ip addresses. as in its always changing. some of us don't log in from home computer and etc. it would be one big rabbit chase. no government agency has the man power to go around chasing tails that could very well lead them no where. it would be at the governments expense as well. that guys was full of it. there are to many laws that would get in the way anyway rofl.
[QUOTE]A. The EPA doesn't do things like this.
B. The EPA doesn't use Yahoo email addresses.
C. The EPA does use connections from Waverly Shell Rock Community Schools (http://www.waverly-shellrock.k12.ia.us/index.shtml) and the Mediacom Communications ISP.
Drop it, this idiot isn't worth discussing. [\QOUTE]
LOL it probably was just some prank joke, not even an eviro nut.
