rear door problems
does anyone know if automatic locks when the vehicle is started was and option or an additional item. and also how, or can i unplug something to make the rear door not auto lock so i can only use the key to open it....the reason being that the lock or motor or somehting in the rear door makes a wierd sound when it tries to lock...alomst like a machine gun or something....any help would be appreciated

The lock solenoid needs to be replaced in your rear door(s). Your owner's manual should provide instructions to de-program the autolock feature if you desire. You can disconnect the solenoid as you say but you can't unlockthe rear doors with a key, there is no tumbler on the rear doors, only the fronts.
