I have been thinking about getting a chip for my truck and was leaning towards the Western Diesel Turbochip at 75HP/150TQ. I have looked through alot of the forums but can't really find much on this chip. I use my truck mostly for commuting now but will probably be purchasing a 30ish foot travel trailer sometime this year. Any inpput would be appreciated.
Have you though about a flip chip, 3 or 4 position, instead of a single file chip. I think it would give you much more flexablity, not to mention the ability to switch on the fly, which I love the most...You could even go with a custom tuned chip for you application, ie towing, it's a little more expensive but will def pay off for ya.
BTW, you should really get some gauges at the same time or before getting the chip. It's a must especially since your gonna be towing.
