Dumb question for you all...I have a '99 F-250 Super Duty, should the **** for the headlight switch have a light in it when you turn the parking and/or headlights on? Nothing lights up in mine, I assumed that it would light up, but didn't know for sure. Thought I'd ask before I start searching for a burnt out light bulb that might not be there. Thanks in advace!
Ted
I have a '99 and it doesn't light up either. Might seem like a goofy question but I've wondered the same thing. I bought mine used and it hasn't been lighted since I've owned it.
I hate to break the bad news but.......... The light **** in my
99 F 250 has a light. One light is for the position of the ****,
and the other is for the little indecater in the center of the ****.
I dont know how to change them, maybe someone will come
along that does.
Good luck!!
Replaced the light switch in my truck a few weeks ago...neither the old switch or the new one has a light in the center of the ****. The new switch cost me around 60 bucks. I took the old one apart just for fun and I don't think the lights inside are replaceable.
