Five and a half years later....I could remember on actuator working and the other not so I dug up this thread to remind me which. Dorman is the one I need. BECAUSE the SOB blend door motor has been clicking at 100% heat for about a year. Easy to deal with, just turn it up to 99%. So it finally got warm enough to switch over to AC and I did. Click-click-click at about 50%. By fiddling with it and turning it off and on I did finally convince it to go to full cold. And am not touching it. But anyway I'm assuming I should just go ahead and buy yet another actuator. And while I replace it try and make sure the blend door isn't binding or found some debris or something.

And yes, we still have the old 2001 Expedition. It's made a a few 3000 mile cross country trips since my last post in this section. Just las t night my wife surprised the heck out me by bragging on how reliable it is to her friend having major issues with her 2020 Wrangler. So I kind of HAVE to keep it up ad at 'em now, it's become a thing.
