Driver's side window
I bought a '97 F-150 last march, 2WD 4.6 liter with 68,000 miles on it. There is couple of problems with it. When I first got it the passenger window went down but would not go back up until I fooled around with the switch for about 10 minutes. So after a couple of times of this happening I took the switch out and tried to clean the contacts and all. Now the passenger window works fine but the drivers window won't go down when the truck is cold or if it's cold outside. Can anyone help me with this. It is a real pain in the butt especially when I want to go through a drive thru or something. Thanks!!

Hi 97 blackbeauty and welcome to FTE 
I think I'd start by replacing the switch. Most dealers stock them.
I would also take some silicone lube spray and lube the windows tracks at the front and rear of both windows.
