Im thinking of replacing my fuel injectors in my 89 Bronco EB 351W. Is this a job for a weekend mechanic like me? Or is it a job for a pro?

I have no idea how to do it, any help is appreciated...

Hi John,
Go tothis thread here and read my How To on this. https://www.ford-trucks.com/forums/s...hreadid=187348
It can be done , you will need to remove the upper 1/2 of the intake manifold to access them properly.
There is a Torx headed bolt in the middle of the intake that is hard to get too. I superglued a torx bit into 1/4" socket and used a long 1/4" drive extension to reach it.
I do not remember the size of the bit right off hand. I am thinking 20 or 25 maybe.
Once you remove the upper intake, just follow the instructions in the other thread and it will be ok.
If there is ant signs of valvecover leakage, this would be a good time to replace the gaskets since the intake will be out of the way.
It is a good Saturday project.
Jimmy
