Which do you have?
My favorite has got to be the slogan for B.D.S. (Blower Drive Service) -"All throttle, no bottle" that is just too cool! Should have bought the "T" shirt.
BTW, you can't go by Webster anymore, though I wish we could. If you look up "truth" you'll find the definitions have changed 3 times in the last 100 years or so I've heard. Maybe "truth is relative" by today's terms.
Instead of the motor vs. engine debate why not just "powerplant".Or maybe "locomotion delivery platform".
"Ford Powerplantsports", just doesn't have that ring does it.
Dono is right. Down here (the sunny South) the proper term is "mowder"(moe-drrr). lol!

No doubt the latest revision was rewriten my our ex-prez Clinton.
I have a database engine running in my computer.
Something how the computer world messed up the English language. Used to be (early '80's) the word ACCESS was a NOUN only in Webster's dictionary. Necessity is the mother of invention, and we needed a VERB to describe "obtaining access" so we misused the word access until it is now in Webster's as a verb. Oh well!
I have also read of political engines (and machines), etc.
But never heard of a political motor or database motor.
So, I guess your truck has whatever you want to call it as a power plant.
