square headed bolts and nuts

Does anyone know where I can find square headed bolts and nuts. I'm looking for 1/4 x 20 x 2½ or 5/16 x 18 x 2½. I've tried filing down hex heads but they just don't look right.

Try Lowe's or Home Depot.

I'd try a heavy equipment dealer. I have an old forklift that has many of the square-headed bolts and nuts.
