ok now i just checked the oil level in my 400 that has just been rebuilt, and found what looks kinda like rusty water dropplets on the dip stick. i thought maybe this was just a little condinsation in th tube i proceeded to top off the oil. when i pulled the breather out to fill it i noticed alot more of this "watery stuff along with a little foamy residue. what is this? i smelled alittle gassy to me too. could running rich cause this? the engine seems to be running good. any ideas? thanks.
stock thermostat i think. but that reminds me i notice that it sometimes it gets almost into the H on the gauge. should i try replacing the thermostat? coolant looks ok without and loss or milky color. i do make short trips but would the occasional long trip (15min.) or more clear that out? seems like alot of build up. thanks for the help guys.

Go Ahead a change the oil .. and watch when you first remove the plug to see how much water is there .. first thing coming out of the pan will be the water ... then the oil....if it sits over night and it has a chance to seperate...
