spark plug designs

i was told that the bosch blugs with 2 and 4 prongs are overkill. is this true. how about the splitfire plugs.

what is meant by overkill? Is it that they produce to much heat or what.

IMHO the extra electrodes are just that-extra. The spark will always take the path of least resistance and it cannot go to two places at once. It is electrically impossible.

i agree that is not worth the extra cost

i like the good old Champion Copper Plus plugs
