And with thatinformation, we would be better served by keeping that in mind when we go into a new service department. By alerting the "new" shop, to the specific issues incurred at the last shop, you'd most likely get considerably service & feedback. The term in the corporate world so often used today is "transparency", basically meanng being open and honest. It does work---on BOTH the shop level and the customer level..
