I believe the answer is yes. The F-350 will still have had the older style cab, front suspension etc. No personal exact experience, but just guessing based on the above.
Yes! But! Save the sliders from the 64 and I'd suggest a newer seat, say 86 F150. These seats are thinner in the back and give you a little more room and some are really upholstered nicely.

Early tracks are getting rarer & rarer as clock ticks & folks don't realize tracks are "Key" to whatever seat one wants to install in their F Series truck. Wonder how many get thrown away weekly? I bet plenty. Make a great Bumper sticker Huh? S-O-S = SAVE OLD SLIDERS !
