On the F250 trucks, if I changed the mounting frame under the seat, will the passenger side seat fit on the drivers side? Basically, can I turn a passenger seat into a drivers seat?

I found a really good deal on Craigslist on two passenger seats. I've been looking for a while and I have found it's always the driver's seat that gets trashed. So I was hoping to make on of these passenger seats a driver's seat by switching the framework and track under it with my current worn-out seat. Just trying to think outside the box!!!

 

Seatbelt and controls will be on the wrong side though...

On my 99 the seatbelts are built in the column and the buckle is attached to the frame. I'm pretty sure it will work, but I thought I'd check to see if maybe someone else has tried it. The power seat controls all come off with the frame and track. So with any luck it might work!!
