78Fordman, I dont know if I have enugh space to list all the repairs. Shortlist - injectors 6 times, wiring harness, and this is after the new engine.'
Chev diesels were also garbage, and may well still be. The 6.5 is gutless and had a lot of problems. With a new engine and 6 new injectors, and a new wiring harness, the truck will not move unless you idle it for at least 30mins. Anyone want to come fix it ????
Well its more than a freak thing. I talk to hundreds of people with trucks and lots of truck dealers. There seems to be far greater portion of people having problems with the Ford than anything. Ive been hearing about problems with the Duramax, but nothing like the 6.0 Ford. Mabye Dodge will go and ruin their repuation with a garbage engine this time around too. Anbody know when Toyota is releasing a full size truck ???
Are all Texans as stupid as you and GW colgesby ? must be something in the water down there why nobody can seem to read and or make any sort of a valid point.

geeesh this guy isn't even an American
he is a GW and USA hating Canuck
We use American Dollars and MILES down here (and both worth more than anything in Canada) and our street signs are not bi lingual YET
I bet he puts mayo on his hamburgers too
No name calling. No calling people idiots, no calling people stupid, no profanity to get caught by the filters, etc..... got it?
To "Ford Quality ?? HAHAHA":
Starting off with a user name like that is certainly not going to win anyone over (putting a stick in a beehive is sure to get you stung). There has been a lot of honest, open and frank discussion about the 6.0L problems here. I suggest you handle this is a better way here and you're sure to get help, not harrassment. First thing I suggest is contacting us via the contact link at the bottom of the page and asking for a user name change. Second, try again, this time asking for advice or help, instead of coming off as pissed off to a bunch of strangers.
To the respondants:
The guy is understandably upset. Wouldn't you be if you had problems after forking over 10s of thousands of dollars only to end up with problems? Give him a break and don't take it upon yourselves to beat someone up for ending up with a problem truck. Such reactions simply cause flame wars which spiral out of control, as evidenced in this thread.
To both sides: Keep it civil and stop the name calling.
Thread locked. Perhaps everyone can start over in a more respectable manner.
