I don't think the '80s are available on CD-ROM yet. Helm, Inc. is the original supplier of the shop manuals, and there's not a complete set available for the 1985 trucks on their web site.

I just tried searching for "ford truck shop manual" on ebay and came up with 95 hits. That might be your best bet for now.
I didn't see any 1985 manuals, but there were several other years near that, so if you check regularly, I bet you'd find some within a couple of weeks.
