Don't forget the basketball court, hottub, home theatre setup, pool table etc in one far corner! And lots of BIG snapon tool boxes full of goodies, and the biggest, quietest air compressor money can buy, plasma cutters, Mig and Tig welders, LOTS of power tools/equipment - and about any other tool or shop equipment out there (specialty or otherwise)... sigh.... I guess eventually I'll have to wake up and quit dreaming, don't think I'll be winning the lottery!!
Here ya go. You're probably all goin to call me a liar, but so long as i know the truth that's all that matters I have a 1500 square foot garage (3 full bays plus a 1/2 bay shop) with a 1500 square foot apartment above it. It has a full kitchen, a bath and a half, a bedroom, two walk in closets, a living room, and a screen porch. It has gas heat, central air, cable, whole nineyards All I need to do is throw a roof on it and it's liveable. Hell, if i did that I'd never come back into my house except maybe to eat.
Justin
EDIT: It even has the perfect spot for a lift. The last bay was an addon and so was the porch above it, so the floor is non-load bearing. i rip that floor out and I have 20 vertical feet
I live in mine, it has about 400Sq ft of bedroom/livingroom with full bath above about 300 ft of office with kitchenette and a bath/laundry room. The upstairs is actually bigger than the down.
