Did you weld that exhaust in yourself? It looks really good. The only reason I guessed that you did it yourself was the thick welds around the H pipe to fill in over the curve of the pipe. I think headers will work. Don't forget to buy the oxygen sensor weld-in threads for them.
Dynomax has really good customer support- I've called them to ask a few questions and found them quite knowledgeable. The only problem that you might run into, and this is a 'might' - the headers may end farther to the rear of the truck than your pipes now. To fix this, just trim off some of the pipes you have now and weld to fit.
Also, the driver's side header will need some custom piping work done to move it over to the other exhaust pipe on the pass. side, or you will need to move that pipe over to the drivers side, muffler and all. Either way, you'll need some piping done.
One final thing - the headers may not exit at the exact place where the tubes are located now, so you may need to weld something up to make them meet.
