Talking Quote Bush:

"international law? I better call my international lawyer"

that statement, ridiculing globalization, as well as the statement that France, Germany and Russia will NOT be allowed to bid on the post-Iraq contracts has made me a born again believer in Bush

Welcome back hyepwrd! I'm glad we've finally got a President that doesn't kiss Europe's hynie. They hate us, and always will.

Kissing europe's hynie......i do belive that would be called diplomacy. Isolationism didn't work during the early 1900's, what makes anyone think it will work now?

there is a difference between isolationism and what he's referring to. as a matter of fact, its absurd and anti-diplomatic to turn the issue of rebuilding iraq into a political issue when they opposed the war. bush only said that he didn't want them to BID on dontract. thats all.
france/germany should shut up about not allowing their capitalist companies to bid on one venture. they were opposed against the war. they should not allow those bids on protest, if anything.
funny how the countries that had the most iraqi debts were the ones who opposed the war, and are now trying to invade iraq with shameless hypocrisy.

how many people have been turned away at a hospital? that's right, no-one because it's against the law for a hospital to rufuse health care.

and as far as kids going to bed hungry, your a typical liberal. put the blame where it belongs, on the parents, not the gov't. the gov't has many programs to feed the hungry at a cost to us taxpayers. if everyone would take responsibility for their live's and support their own families and not depend on someone else for their livlihood, this country would be much better.

International Law is going to be our eventual downfall and force sending us ever closer to the proverbial " New World Order". We should get out of the UN and re-establish and reaffirm our sovereignty to the world. This does not mean that we shouldn't help other countries, as we are doing now, but we should firmly let them know that we are no ones subjects and will not be ruled by an international governing body, like the UN wants . Some little nation in Africa having an equal say in how the United states is run is wrong. Thats my humble opinion and I'm sticking with it.

George W's dad (GHBush) was the first politician I ever heard that actually used the term "New World Order" in a speech back in the eighties. It was up until that time a pretty secret agenda, and it was really disheartening to know that they (whoever they are) felt comfortable enough to "come out of the closet". Watch out for the members of the Council on Foriegn Relations and the Bilderbergers. Most high ups today are members, and none of them could give a tinkers d--n about you or me. As Dennis Miller quite elequantly says it: "That's my opinion, but I could be wrong!"

Are you posting from Cambodia? Must be tough over there. Here in the USA our kids biggest problem is obesity, and we have the best health care in the world, and free to those who say they can't pay.

Yep, here everybody gets health care and other benefits. Hell, even illegal aliens are getting healthcare and bankrupting some hospitals becuase they never pay . And as for kids going hungry, give me a break. Obesity is at an all time high in this country.
