Super Crew with manual shift transfer case

Super Crew with manual shift transfer case
Hi,
I'm somewhat hesitantly thinking about moving on (at least for now) from my OBS F-150 and getting into something a bit newer and more family friendly.
I would strongly prefer a manual transfer case instead of something electronic (I do understand that the front axle engagement is electronic, however.) This seems to occur more frequently on "poverty pack" models -- no center console, and STX and lower, I believe. However, in all of the trucks I've seen with manual transfer cases, they've all been SuperCabs and not SuperCrew.
Has anyone here seen a manual transfer case on a SuperCrew? From the factory, anyway, I'm sure it can be swapped but I'd prefer not to have to.
I'm leaning towards a 4.6 2V and debating between SuperCab and SuperCrew. I guess they also offered it in 2009 and 2010, which could also work. Not sure if I should lean towards 11th or 12th generation.
