What transfer case do i have?

What transfer case do i have?

I have a 1997 F 350 and i can't find a number on the transfer case. The only thing that i can find is that it is a BW.

The first one is a Borg-Warner 13-56 manual shift

The second one is Heavy Duty Borg-Warner 44-07 manual shift

The transfer case is a manual shift not the transmission. The Auto-shift transfer case was not avaqilable in your 1997, guess I should have clarified that.

The pictures I posted are your only 2 choices, crawl under the truck and take a look.

if memory is correct 90% of the trucks will have the 4407. the 1356 has the provisions for the pto.
