I only had the original cab corner pieces for my "46. Made a headliner and the rest using hard wood door skin. Made cardboard templates first, then transferred them onto the door skin. Used a hand held steamer to shape the wood a bit, sealed it with thinned down spar varnish, then covered everything with felt backing and upholstery fabric. It was a project to do, but worked out well and turned out nice. There are other materials that could be used in place of door skin, but I used it because I already had it on hand.
