Power Windows Econoline Cross Reference ?

Hi Folks, I have a 95 F150 with roll up windows and was wondering if the power windows from the same or similar year Ford Vans would work on my truck (Switches, Motors, regulators).
My local Junk yard has very few Trucks in good condition. I suppose I could ask if the power window parts are already removed from some of the trucks ! :- P

They may indeed be the same motor and gear box, the slides may be different, and like the Ford parts guy said to me "the numbers are different because of the application, it very well could be the same ____"
