We are leaving tomorrow on a 5,000+ mile trip out west towing a travel trailer. My F-350 7.3 has 1600 miles on it and I do not want to service it while out on the road. I hate wasting good oil, but I dropped it off at the dealership for its first oil change. The dealer told me about an hour.
When I went to pick it up 4 hours later the service manager told me the charge was $106.82 for the oil change and my Ford points would take care of that. He said that they did two recalls and took care of programing the trailer brake controller.
Not a bad day when all that happens for zero out of pocket cost.
Still haven't used Forscan, maybe when we get back and I have some time on my hands.
