6.0 Codes Help
Codes in question:
P0405: EGR sensor a circuit low ( i assume this is because the EGR is deleted already)
P0603: Internal Control Module Keep alive memory error
P0611: FICM Performance ( FICM is a 54 volt upgraded one, so i assume this is from that)
P1000: OBD System Readiness Test not complete
U0306: Software Incompatibility with FICM
I do have some things going on i had a hot crank no start so i replaced the Stand Pipes and Dummy Plugs with Dieselsite ones. Since doing so it actually cranks longer than it used to when cold but will start and when at normal operating temp of 190's itll start fine. I currently believe i need to replace the oil cooler as im getting deltas of almost 30 degrees between OIL and Coolant. Other than these things everything else is operating correctly so im not sure if most of those codes above (which i should mention, are not throwing CEL) are probably from the work done to the truck. I added some pick of the edge guages while its running to hopefully help determine anything else to look at. Thanks
Similarly, the P0405 is likely to be from the EGR delete.
The P0603 and P1000 may not really be issues.
Before condemning the oil cooler, make sure that your EOT and ECT temperature sensors are accurate!
What are they reading in the morning after the truck has been sitting overnight (Key-on, Engine-off)?
In fact, just go ahead and look at all temperature sensors - including TFT, IAT1, and IAT2.
