Haven't been on here for a very long time but my 6.0 has just been pluggin along with just regular maintance issues. Replaced all injectors recently after 300,000 miles. Some of the injectors were original but I'm not 100% sure how many since I bought it used. I'm scheduling it to have an almost complete teardown to replace lifters, reseal the bedplate and front cover, etc. I'm curious if there is any solid data out there on how long a HPOP can last? It's a 2006 and I previously had the updated stc fitting done 150,000 miles ago. Torque Pro is showing I hit 4,000 PSI at around 75% IPR on a stock tune and it idles at well over 500 PSI. Should I just replace the IPR or would it make sense to replace the HPOP with a new OEM while in there?
