Here you go. That plate is a little hard to read, so please confirm that I read it right on all the characters.
F11 = F100, 4x4
Y = 360 2V FE gas V8
R = San Jose Assembly Plant
L02362 = 1971 numerical series, February 1971 production
131 = 131 inch wheelbase
MV (??)
M = White
V = Dark Green (NOTE this is corrected)
F110 = F100, 4x4, 5600 GVWR, "Except State of PA".

6 = Light Green/Medium Green Vinyl
4 = With the numerical first digit--Custom Cab with styleside pickup box. Cab parts cataloged as "81", behind cab "99"
A = New Process model 435 four speed transmission
08 = Ford (9 inch) 3,300 lb capacity rear axle, 3.50 ratio
No front axle code but it's probably a Dana 44 and should have identifying info on it.
5600 = 5,600 lbs GVWR
170 4100 = 170 certified net HP @ 4100 RPM

I'm interested in the paint color MV. The letters are definitely MV and not MY.
Is there a color code that correlates with V? The original roof color is a green color.
Also, does the color white M have any other detailed information other than just "white"?

Sorry, I had MV down but gave you MY. It's corrected above, and V was Dark Green. Makes more sense.
As to M shows only "white" in the Shop Manual and in the Master Parts Catalog.
The part number in the MPC is AE60 1619-A, and the Canada code is M1J 1619, and the "M30J/M32J Spec No" is 1619-A.
The other white would have been code "C", for "Special White" in the Shop Manual or "Pure White" in the Master Parts Catalog.
